Hello All...
http://www.gamefreax.com/lshop,showdetail,200203gb,e,,1051894381.1051917543,1938,,Tshowrub--1051894381.1051917543,.htm
This is the Mouse I was given for Christmas..
Every review I have read, raved at how good it was for "Gamers"... "My aim will improve" I thought to myself..
I wanted this one cos it has a 2.5 metre cord and two progammable buttons...
It does'nt need batteries, no more freaking out when the batteries die in the heat of the battle..
It responds better than the old "Logitech cordless" I was using
I should be grateful, but it's shite tbh...
It's uncomfortable to use, as it's small, the designer must have been a fucking midget with hands the size of teaspoons
Unfortunately, the "programmable buttons" don't work with RtCW or any game supported by the Q3 engine, which makes the mouse worthless for gamers in my eyes... yet it's advertised as "The Ultimate Gamers Mouse"... My Arse it is
The Advertisements for this Mouse simply forget to tell us that piece of important information.. (Wankers IMHO )
I cannot return the poxy mouse to the place of purchase because my sister bought it online with her credit card, and as I type this post, is on her way to Disneyland in Florida with her family for the Christmas Holidays... .. so now I'm stuck with it.. , cos my Girlfriend has reclaimed the "Logitech cordless" the bitch..
Regards, Smokin'.... ahhh... I feel much better after that little rant... _________________ ET sucks, that's why it's free. |

Although said mouse is not as I expected, I must admit to getting familiar with it's size and awkwardness...
I have also noticed quite a difference between the new mouse and the old one.
The new mouse responds so much better to the smallest movement, and I have not once experienced "control loss", which was a common feature with the old cordless mouse...
All in all, I'm still not 100% happy with the mouse, but after 5 days of use, I have to admit that the new mouse is a definite improvement on the old, despite it's shortcomings.
